Because Jan-Hendrik lives in France, his time in South Africa is usually quite limited. In a word, yes. But there are also some great websites who know a lot more about how to cater to your needs, so don't forget to check them for advise, too. We do care deeply about Nice Tourism and will blog about our favourite accommodations soon.

There's a lot to be said for following your dream. Restaurant JAN has a small team with a very unique skill set, so our needs are quite specific. But you're welcome to submit your CV.
